Running Times Article on Treadmill Running

Now that the winter season is upon us, many of us are probably doing more runs on the treadmill.  I’ve been incorporating more treadmill runs over the past 6 months and have found it a great way to bring some variety into your training and keeping on schedule regardless of the weather.  Here’s a recent article from Running Times I ran across that outlines some of the merits of treadmill running, such as variation of course, incorporation of hills, and reduction of injury.
