Completed a rather uneventful week of training, other than coordinating some workouts around the rain. Overall, still feeling pretty good and no significant pains to speak of. Been eating and sleeping well and been maintaining my weight between 142 -145 lbs.
Continuing to adapt nicely to the increased mileage. Keeping the Sunday long runs to around 16 miles under the Hansons Method is probably the biggest contributing factor, I’m starting to realize that those 20 – 25 mile long runs really take a lot of of you. I’m on track to exceed 260 miles this month, which will probably be the most I’ve ever run in a single month.

Week 8 Report Card
Overall, I give myself a B this week. I did every prescribed training run, got about 8 hours a sleep every night, and ate a 90% vegan diet. I did three 15-minute core workouts with a moderate amount of stretching/yoga. No major stressful events this week.
I ran a total of 57 miles.
Wednesday – Off, 30 minutes of yoga/stretching and 15 minutes of core work.
